Secondary School represents the final stage in the IAS program that develops a student’s confidence in themselves and in their growing skills in a range of disciplines. The focus of High School years involves a rich and vigorous academic, athletic and artistic curriculum, centered in a strong community that supports students in their self-discovery and produces resourceful young individuals who are prepared to find their place in the world.
The Secondary School Curriculum consists of a challenging and integrated set of courses culminating in the American Diploma Program. By combining innovative content with the traditional disciplines of English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, World Languages and Fine Arts, students develop the wisdom to make educated decisions while maintaining their unique perspectives of the world. With our progressive curriculum, we focus on learning and raising awareness on both local and global issues. Extensive use of technology is also a critical component of the curriculum, and every student has access to computer laboratories to enrich their learning inside and outside the classroom.
